Improv Basics (4 week class)

September 5, 2019 @ 6:00 pm September 26, 2019 @ 8:30 pm

Expand your comfort zone with an improv class! The skills of improvisation, commonly associated with the comedic art form, are designed to build trust, explore possibilities, help us remain present in the moment, and SO much more. The reason it WORKS as a performance art is because of the rules we play by. Come learn, in this 4-week class, what these “rules” are and how to apply them to your life.

Improv skills will help you feel more confident thinking on your feet, learn new ways to brainstorrn and unlock creativity, and level up your communication skills personally and professionally.

This class is fast-paced and FUN. It’s for ANYONE (ages 18+)! Whether you are a performer, speaker, employee or boss, if you’re interested in personal development, want to be a better parent and/or partner; anyone who is ready to try something new that will change your life.

Megan has been a professional improviser since 2006 and is excited to offer this 4-week class, IMPROV BASICS.

THIS CLASS BEGINS Thursday Sept 5th and runs for 4 consecutive Thursdays, concluding on Sept 26th. Plan on attending all four sessions. It will be held in the conference room at Idaho Next Steps Life & Career Coaching

$167.00
